Association of Parks took part in Moscow Cultural Forum

On March 22, 2019 the 4th Moscow Cultural Forum was opened in the Moscow Manezh Central Exhibition Hall, where the Association of Parks Council Members were involved in discussions.

There was conversation on the topic “Park as a point of attraction of urban communities. Effective development strategies.” on the small stage. The speakers were Chairman of the Moscow parks sector, Director of the Joint Directorate Mosgorpark and Gorky Park Vyacheslav Dunaev; Chairman of the Council, Director of Sokolniki Park Andrey Lapshin; Chairman of the sector for interaction with commercial structures, Director of Zaryadye Park Pavel Trekhleb and Director of Babushkinskiy and Mitino Parks Igor Buskin.

Besides, two panel sessions on topics “Integration of people of the third age into educational and operational museums activities” and “Preservation and restoration of the historical landscape in the modern metropolis” were held in the lecture hall 2. They were moderated by Elizaveta Fokina, the Chairman of the sector of museum-reserves and estates and the Director of Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve.
