ParkSeason Expo 2025: summarized the result of the main park event in Russia
In Moscow, for the first time, not only leading Russian and foreign experts in park landscaping and the development of comfortable urban environments gathered in one location, but also global leaders in the amusement park industry. The event was attended by a record number of registered participants – 8,217 people (an increase of more than 40%) from 1,103 cities and towns. For the first time, the exhibition featured 162 exhibitors, including park directors and leading manufacturers of equipment, materials and technologies for urban spaces. Over 350 experts from 14 countries participated in the business program, which took place in five conference halls. Furthermore, 573 applications were submitted for the All-Russian park award "Parks of Russia," which also set an absolute record.
On April 23-24, 2025, the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre" in Moscow hosted the main park event of the Russian Federation - the V International Exhibition and Conference on the Creation, Maintenance and Development of a Comfortable Urban Environment, Recreation Parks, Public Spaces and Specially Protected Natural Areas ParkSeason Expo, within the framework of which the II Parks Forum of BRICS Countries, II Educational Meeting of Park Directors and II All-Russian park award "Parks of Russia." The event was organized by the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, Association of Parks of Russia, All-Russian Association for Local Self-Government Development (VARMSU), All-Russian Protection Society for Nature, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and Association for the Development of Territories. The event was traditionally aimed at popularizing the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment." For the first time, the event hosted the International Amusement Parks Congress and Amusement Manufacturers.
Among the participating countries are Russia, Belarus, China, India, South Africa, Egypt, UAE, Qatar, Ethiopia, Italy, Iran, Lebanon, Brazil, Hong Kong. The exhibition display was located in Pavilion No. 1 of the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocenter" with an area of over 12,000 square meters; previously, the exhibition was held in Pavilion No. 3 with an area of only 5.4 thousand square meters.
ParkSeason Expo became the world's first industry exhibition to be attended by a record number of mayors – on April 23, the country's main park event for one day became the official venue for the II All-Russian Municipal Forum "Small Homeland - Power of Russia," which took place from April 21-23 at the National Center "Russia." More than 4,000 participants were announced for the event organized by the All-Russian Association for Local Self-Government Development with the support of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
The nearest ParkSeason Expo will take place on October 2-3, 2025, at the site of the new exhibition center "Timiryazev". For the first time, CIS Parks Forum will be organized as part of the project, along with already traditional events – the IV All-Russian Forum on Improvment "Import Substitution. Made in Russia" and the III Educational Meeting of Park Directors.
