International Park Forum in Volgograd. Day 2. Photo report

On August 10, 2019, the 3rd International Park Forum offered tours of public spaces and museums of Volgograd and a music boat trip on the Volga, with top officials of the Volgograd City Administration as the guides, including Volgograd Mayor Vitaly Likhachev, Deputy Mayor Vladimir Sidorenko and Edvin Petrov, Head of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture. The forum participants visited the Stalingrad Battle Museum, the Victory Park, Russia Is My History Park, the central embankment, and the all-season tubing track. All forum delegates agreed that the two-day event was organized to the highest standard and there had been no similar professional events in the Russian park industry. The participation in the forum was free of charge for all members of the Association of Parks and registered specialists, with all speakers' travel, accommodation and meal costs fully covered by the forum's Organizing Committee.
