All-Russian Improvement Forum. Photo report
The First All-Russian Improvement Forum Import Substitution. Made in Russia was carried out on the territory of the Central Exhibition Complex Expocentre on October 20-21, 2022. The organizer was Park Association of Russia and it was supported by the Federation Council Committee on Federal Structure, Regional Policy, Local Government and North Affairs, as well as in association with the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation (Minstroy), the All-Russian Society of Nature Preservation, the Government of Moscow and the Leningrad Oblast Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union.
The opening ceremony was attended by chairman of the All-Russian Society of Nature Preservation, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Ecology, Natural Resources and Environment Preservation, UN Goodwill Ambassador Vyacheslav Fetisov; chairman of the Gardener Union of Russia, a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Oleg Valenchuk; a deputy head of the Department of Nature Management and Environmental Protection of Moscow Evgeniya Semutnikova; head of Projects on Support of Consumer Goods Export AO Russian Export Center Maxim Chapov; vice-president of the Leningrad Oblast Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union Elena Dyukareva; vice-president of the Designer Union of Russia, vice-president of the Professionals Guild of Landscape Industry Maria Chernyak, as well as сhairman of Park Association Council of Russia, development director of the All-Russian Society of Nature Preservation (VOOP), a deputy of the Meshchansky district of Moscow Aleksej Reteyum and director of Park Association of Russia, a member of Experts Council of Minstroy of the Russian Federation on Creation of Comfort Urban Realm Denis Tsukanov.
At the title plenary session of the Forum the speakers discussed issues related to the focus on import substitution as a key direction in the implementation of specialized national and federal projects, as well as the potential and competitiveness of Russian manufacturers and designers in the field of improvement in the domestic market and the markets of friendly countries. The session was moderated by the architect, a member of the Experts Council of Minstroy of the Russian Federation on Creation of Comfort Urban Realm, adviser to governor of the Astrakhan Oblast and adviser to governor of the Ulyanovsk Oblast Evgenia Murinets.
The business program of the Forum was attended by the Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Chechen Republic Muslim Zajpullaev; deputy CEO of the DOM.RF Foundation Anton Finogenov; head of the practice of the Project Work Department at AO Corporation for the Development of the Far East Galina Pivovar; director of Development Institution of Cities in the Republic of Tatarstan Foundation Nailya Zinnatullina; head of the Federal Project Management Creation of Comfort Urban Realm of Federal Autonomous Institution (FAU) Project Directorate of the Minstroy of Russia Dzhemal Surmanidze; president of the Associations and Partners of Entertainment Industry Union (SAPIR) Anatolij Boyarkov; head of project office in the Autonomous Noncommercial Organization (ANO) called Rayon Complex Development (NRR) Moy Rayon of the Government of Moscow Bela Lyauv; a member of the Park Association Council of Russia, director of the State Autonomous Cultural Institution Culture and Leisure Park (PKiO) Sokolniki Park Andrey Lapshin, public ombudsman on Public Procurement Sergei Makoveev; managing director of Government relations of Online Marketplace (ETP) Gazprombank Sergej Kalinin; chief architect of the Landscaping Department of the Samolet group Victoria Deych; head of the Сoncept Development Group in Etalon Group of Companies Natalia Markova and many others.
A long-term cooperation agreement was signed between Park Association of Russia and the All-Russian Society for Nature Preservation at the Forum. “The Parks Association is doing the right thing. The initiative to cooperate with the All-Russian Society for Nature Preservation is a natural step. There is a lot of work to be done to popularize parks, gardens, nature reserves and other public spaces, as well as ecological culture and nature protection activities. We will exchange experience and implement joint projects” pointed chairman of the VOOP Vyacheslav Fetisov.
A special display at the exhibition regarding such sections as Сhildren's Playgrounds, Playing Courts and Sport Fields; Street Light and Luminous Decoration; Smart city; Planting; Special Cleaning Machinery; Small Architectural Forms; City and Adjacent Infrastructure and others was organized during work of the Forum. Russian manufacturers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnoyarsk, Ulyanovsk, Saratov, Novorossiysk, Lipetsk and other cities presented their products. Among the exhibitors were leading industry companies and brands such as Leader, 7 Skameek (7 Benches), Hobbika, Bigdecor, Mont Blanc, Bamard, Rosgorka, Shelby, Marusin Sad, Interactive Group, Leber, Smart Sreda, Vysota Group of Companies and many others.
